Having been on a personal, and community, deep-dive journey of embodied sexuality and intimacy practices I feel passionate about how tantra, conscious kink, consent flow communication and sacred sexuality can support people. I have a passion for touch, dance and movement. Having spent the last five years fully immersed through personal training, assisting and practicing embodied relational practices within the tantric community of Bristol and the South West, I want to hold a space for people (of all genders) to explore these practices. Through this, I hope to have a positive impact for yourself, and those you connect to. Holding this as part of a growing culture of those empowered within their own wants and boundaries within sexuality and relationships. To explore, I welcome you to join me in discovering what it is you need to feel safe and empowered within your boundaries to then be able to explore what you want. Welcoming you, just exactly as you are now, with no need to have it all figured out alone. I look to hold a supportive, professional, non-judgemental, non-goal orientated, safer space for you to be with what you most need to be with at this time. With a spirit of co-creation, I will support us in discovering how we can both meet in comfort in working together, willing to work from a wide pallet. From very gentle, subtle, slow, spacious and structured exercises. Through to more adventurous, surrendered, edgy or specific desires, should these feel aligned with my own boundaries and what I judge may serve your empowerment. For some, you may have plenty of experience and know exactly what you want and need. If so, you are welcome to reach out with whatever your request may be and I will see how we can best work together to meet together in this. And for many of us, it can feel very difficult to even know what our desires are, or where our boundaries need to be to feel safe and not to fall into overwhelm, e.g. fight flight, freeze, fawn. If this feels resonant with you, I really welcome us to start from scratch. For example through dialogue, we can create a very boundaried container,. Set structure and communication to create something where it feels safe to explore within. Further, allowing space for pausing at any time and safety needed to step out in order to tune into what is happening, what is needed now, aiming such that nothing coming up is skipped over and missed. In doing so I aim to enable a build up of confidence and fluency of contacting your desires in an empowered way. Moving at the pace that doesn't leave any part of you behind or rushes past any feelings or fear or shame which may habitually be where boundaries can get crossed through all of the ways in which humans become so accustomed to. Instead I am offering to look to move to something beyond this as a fully lived reality.
