A : My goal for you to feel comfortable and have a good experience. It is normal to feel nerves for your first visit, and you will find these have melted away by your second session. There are no expectations (though an abundance of misconceptions), and you can decide based on how you feel when you visit. Even if you simply desire a confidential listening ear to get things off your chest, or the intimacy of being held gently, it is your time and your choice how you spend it. Or you may wish to begin with just a back massage, and settle in to something more at your own pace.
